PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF OUR SERVICE BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER TO EditProductPhoto.<\/p>\n
1. Images
\nGetting the best result out of your images, please submit image which are not blurry and have a good resolution and file format.<\/p>\n
EditProductPhoto is committed to customer satisfaction and we will edit and correct any image which is not according to the instructions.
\nEditProductPhoto will delete from its system all images approximately 90 days after their acceptance or earlier if requested.
\nEditProductPhoto is not responsible for the quality of returned images if the image You originally submitted do not meet quality standards.<\/p>\n
2. Delivery
\nEditProducPhoto returns the images to you via wetranfser, dropbox or any other platform you prefer.
\nDelivery will be done according to the date\/time specified upfront.
\nNot Delivered your images within the time frame requested, you can contact EditProductPhoto with detail of the date ordered, the requested delivery date and the date actually delivered time,
\nand EditProductPhoto will look into a possible discount.<\/p>\n
3. Payment
\nThe price of the service will be set under agreement. EditProductPhoto can ask for a (partly) upfront payment with large orders. Repeated customers will be invoiced monthly.
\nYou are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties or tariffs relating to your order.
\nWe have a standard 30 days payment term. Overdue invoices fees can be charged from 5% to 10% on the total order every time a due date is surpassed.<\/p>\n
4. Rights to Use Image
\nYou are solely responsible for the images you submit. EditProductPhoto reviews submissions for inappropriate material and reserves the right in its sole discretion to
\nreject any image for any reason or no reason; All images submitted to EditProductPhoto will not be used for promotion or any other usage if there is no agreement between EditProductPhoto and the client.<\/p>\n
5. Term
\nThis Agreement shall be effective from the date You submit an image to EditProductPhoto until the date the returned image is deemed accepted, provided that EditProductPhoto may terminate
\nthis Agreement at any time and will return the fees paid by You for any image that EditProductPhoto has not edited.<\/p>\n
6. General Provisions
\nThis Agreement applies only to You and may not be assigned or transferred by You. This Agreement will be governed by and construed according to the laws of Belgium without regard to that body of
\nlaw controlling conflicts of law.<\/p>\n
